Warm up 

SAPPER WU

 

Strength 

 

A1) Superset following movements

       Back squats @3201 

       4 sets of 3 reps @ 75%

 

A2) Foam roll hamstring curls 

       4 sets of 8-10 reps 

 

Conditioning 

Perform on the minute every minute, adding 1 rep to each round of push ups (strict)

 

B) 

Min 1 - Push ups (until failure)

Min 2 - kb thrusters 3 / arm (add a rep ea round)

Min 3 - 3 kb wind mills / arm (stays the same for all rounds) *concentrate on form*

Min 4 - 45 sec plank (if you cant plank for 45 seconds, stop 5-7 seconds shy of failure)

 

x 4 rounds, scored by total push ups (don't perform bad form)

 

 

We want to congratulate Arianna and Beyond Limits Barbell Club for another qualified trip to USA Weightlifting Youth Nationals in June 2020! This will be our 3rd athlete who has qualified for a trip to the big stage!

Ariel Whitner 2018

 

We also had her sister qualify for USA Powerlifting Nationals 2020 and break the Texas record for her age and weight division in the bench press (single lift) deadlift and single lift as well.
