9/11 tribute workout 

 


2001 Meter Row or Run or Bike 

11 Box Jumps (Performance: 30″; Function: 20″)

11 Thrusters (Performance: 125/85; Function: 75/53)

11 Burpee Chest To Bar Pullups (Function: Burpee Pull-Ups, scaling with a jump assist as necessary)

11 Power Cleans (Performance: 170/120; Function: 95/65)

11 HSPU (Function: HRPU’s)

11 KB Swings (Performance: 53/35 Function: CW)

11 T2B (Function: K2E or sit-ups)

11 Dead Lifts (Performance: 170/120; Function: CW)

11 Push Jerks (Performance: 110/75; Function: CW)

 



 Modifications: Do 1/2 the row or run easy, and then half of the rep scheme for each of the movements with a :90-2:00 rest between each set.
