Strength / Skill

Clean and jerk

Use 65-75% and perform 8 sets of 2 at given weight

 

 

Workout 

90 second rounds 

Complete the following 

5 deadlifts 275/155#

5 burpees over the bar 

And in remaining time of the 90 seconds perform as many hand stand push ups as possible. When 90 restarts begin the round again for 6 rounds
