3 rounds not for time for fluid movement steady pace to get warm 

gradually build up rounds 

 

Strength / Skill

10 min EMOM 

Cleans at 80% of your 1 rep max 

Your goal is to not miss and get better and better as your sets climb

 

Workout 

3 rounds for time 

50 Wall balls 20/14#

10 Toes 2 bar 

 

Every 90 seconds perform 2 burpee broad jumps
