Every 2 minutes 

- 15 SDHP 53/35#

-10 Burpees 

 

****Rest remainder of the 2 minutes****

 

Workout 

 

"Death by Ground 2 Overhead"

135/85#

 

Min 1 - 1 G2O

Min 2 - 2 G2O

Min 3 - 3 G20 

Etc...... Until you can not perform the amount in that minute and thats your score

 

Example if you do min 8 ( 8 G2O) and you do not finish you score is 7 for the last round completed!
