5 burpees 

5 jump squats 

 

6 min AMRAP 

 

then....

 

Shoulder and front rack mobility for 5-7 minutes 

 

Barbell conditioning 

Build a heavy double power clean 

-Climb slowly work on the speed 

 

Workout of the day 

 

12 min AMRAP 

 

8 Overhead squats 95/65#

16 Wall balls 20/14#

24 Hand release push ups 

 

 

Our Sports performance program is on FIRE! We have been helping student athletes from Copperas Cove ISD and Lampasas ISD become stronger, faster, and healthier!  If you are looking for a program to take your student athlete to the next level come try a class out. Our classes are Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 pm.
