Shoulder press

6 x 4 @ moderate wt

mid you don’t have a barbell use anything you can press overhead like a bag, dumbbells, be creative.

rest 90s btw sets


CONDITIONING

4 rounds of

10 single arm devil presses (burpees)

20 sit ups

40 double unders (200m run)
