Run a 5 min clock

Min 1 jumping jacks

Min 2 high knees

Min 3 lateral lunges

Min 4 mountain climbers

Min 5 rest walk cool down

Repeat if you’d like


Skill

Hollow hold + Superman

Set up a Tabata clock (20 sec on / 10 sec off )

You will perform all hollows and then all supermans after. So all 8 hollow etc..

X 8 sets


Conditioning

For time

100 walking lunges

100 med ball cleans (this can be any kind of ball of object like a bag)

100 HR push ups

100 walking lunges

Cool down

SLOW jog or 5 min walk + Stretch!
